The fill is top quality, hypoallergenic, 100% polyester batting that is 6 ounces per square yard, making it medium weight for year–round comfort. The backing is a soft cotton/polyester blended sheeting fabric - NOT the scratchy, fibrous, exposed backing that so many bedspreads have! This combination of quilting pattern, face fabric, batting and backing makes for a plush bedspread with a designer look. The set contains 2 shams and comforter.
